wide board question - Snowboarding Forum

I need some help finding a wide board. What is a good wide board to look at for a beginner only went a couple times? I wear size 14 shoe so I think i probably need a wide board. also i am 6'3 and weigh 220. so any suggestions would be great.

you will definalty need a wide board with feet that big, as well as something reasonably long.

I ride a rome Slash, very fun board.

Gnu Carbon High Beam or Riders Choice, there both a little heavy but good for big feet.

i just got my friend a burton floater. we will see how goo it is tomorrow, he has a size 16 foot...

The gnu riders choice looks pretty nice. my next question would a 158 be long enough or should i go longer?
