Is it a new board? If it were mine and new I'd fix it, if it was over say 3 years old I would probably leave it.

Yeah it's probably fine unless you can see wood in there, then break out the marine epoxy. Hard to tell if you would need a clamp too. It actually looks like you could maybe use a clamp or something to just push that back into position and clean it up a little.
