quick question

I been noticing when i am done riding and i take my bindings off to wax my board theres water under my bindings. Is that a big deal if water is getting trap under my bindings?

I ride a capita horrorscope and i was wondering if it would matter it i put my bindings on one way for a month. Then turn them around the next month. So basically ride reguler then switch my bindings around to where i ride reguler but the other direction on my board.
