My daughter has a pair of DC Boots. The stitching all around the toe is coming loose. It has been since the beginning of the season. Boots are less than a year old. Bought in January of 08 new, but an older model of boot. Amped3 Park boot. Warranty is expiring soon. Can't get DC to respond to an email or return my phone call. Couple questions. Think this is covered by the warranty? Anyone else have problems getting in touch with DC? There are no cuts in the boots and they are in excellent shape other than the toe. My daughter goes maybe once a week and spends half the time in the lodge.

Have you tried calling 1.888.532.3130 or emailing warranty@dcshoes.com?

Tried both. I left 3 messages at the phone number and never got a response. Never got any response from that email address. Finally got a different email address where I got a response. squinonez@dcshoes.com They are in the process of handling it right now.

Odd. When I called the number it sent me to an operator who transferred me directly to an individual in their warranty department.
At least you have someone working on it now. Let us know how it turns out. Quote:
