Wax/tuning Kits. Need some help.

This is my first year i've gotton my own equipment. My dad also got his own ski's this year for the first time. I'm looking for a good wax kit/tune get that i can use for both our gear. Don't know exactly what i need.

I was looking at http://http://www.sportstop.com/prod...&utm_campaign=

does that kit have everything i need? what a good brand of wax/iron etc.

A wax kit should work for both skis and boards. No problems there. Suburban Blend has made a pretty killer offer on a great waxing kit. You can find his post with the info here. A great deal on a quality kit. I would take advantage of it. Plus you'll be buying from a snowboard shop and not some douchebag sports clearing house site.

Dammit!!! Shoulda found that thread sooner.

I picked up my ghetto kit this past weekend:

- scotchbrite pads
- wire brush
- $6 walmart iron
- 2 wax sticks
- scraper

But I really need a file and a bag to put them all in.

heh, that demon kit is almost exactly the same as the dakine kit... save for the metal scraper and the starter block of wax
