Level Gloves

Anyone had any experience with em? I saw a pair yesterday at my local shop and they were really comfortable felt pretty durable. They had the wrist brace right in em too but they did a good job of putting it in there so it doesn't feel like your hands are wrapped up. Only thing is they're pricey, $85. I did a quick search online and couldn't find that model much cheaper anywhere else. Just wondering if anyone had any knowledge before I possible drop 85 bucks on em.

I was trying to decide between those $85 Level gloves and some $45 Dakine Scout gloves for my first trip ever (Jackson Hole, early January).

I talked with the clerk, who basically told me that the $45 Dakines would keep my hands plenty warm. He was right. The only problems I had were when I would take the gloves off to answer my phone (my punk @ss friends called me like once every 30 min, so I am gonna get bluetooth next time)... but using the liners will fix that problem.

I have both skateboarded and rollerbladed on hard-@ss asphalt without ever snapping my wrists, so I figured that handguards weren't necessary.
