Exclamation New Board....waxing......??

I've only been snowboarding a few times and decided to buy my own sh*t so I don't have to rent when I go....
Just wondering how they come and what to do about waxing or if it comes cut or what to do?? How often do you have to wax them and what else I need to know >?!??

I'm not sure about all boards, mine was ready to go when I got it though. Reading around here I've seen others will take off the wax that comes on and put there own wax on.

New boards come factory waxed so you'll be good to go . Chances are the wax isn't going to be fantastic or super fast but it will most definitely be good for you. You'll probably be fine to go once or twice after that as well depending on conditions and how much you ride.
