Default Threads on Screws

I can't find the post that talked about the blue metal on metal product to put on the threads of screws for your bindings to keep them from coming loose. Can someone tell me what this product is please? Thanks much!

(yeah yeah permatex, eat shit)

the problem is permatex uses only blue tubes and loctite uses only red tubes

combine that with the fact they're sold next to each other
