Default too cold???

can exteme cold temperatures actually wreck your equipment? i went to a local hill last night and the temp was about -29 Cel. and my bindings felt like they were gonna snap. i thought i bought good quality (drake DL '09), but maybe i was wrong.

it is true cold effects plastics unless you bought some artic circle polar snow shoe bindings plastic will always get brittle feeling in cold.

Extreme cold def has an effect on equipment, particularly binding straps.
