detune?

Just wondering whats everyone's word on detune, is it worth it for someone who rides park and downhill. Does it make a huge difference? Is carving hard after you detune your snowboard?

You don't really have to on reverse camber or hybrid anymore. Mostly camber.

But if you want to you can on the tip and tail to 1" past contact point.

For park, if you have do boxes and rail you can detune the sides, but if you are hardcore then you should know this already.

basically, just go and ride.

If you wanna start riding park, detune your contact points on tip and tail of your snowboard. It gives you a smoother riding feel and you catch less edges.
I wouldn't recommend detuning all edges, you still wanna have some grip on the snow.
Keep shredding!
