Default I need "686 Smarty Original Cargo Pants" INFO

Everybody is raving about how good these pants are, and I'm about to pick some up, but I have a question regarding this years, and last years model. Both sites claim they have this seasons model, yet their pants look different. My question is, does Shop #2 have last years model? Shop #1 has what 686 have pictured on their site.

Differences:
1) Color
2) Buttons
3) Material looks different
4) Yellow writting for "686" on shop #2.

Shop #1

Shop #2

Seriously?

I have those pants, and I'll tell you they're both the same. The only difference is mine have the round buttons.

The problem is that they both used different cameras and light settings to take the pictures, so makes it SEEM like they are different color.

Number one has the material how it actually looks in real life, but the color is more leaning towards the second set.

The yellow is on number one also, it's just at a weird angle, and the picture isn't good contrast, and they obviously used photoshop to get rid of some of the yellows, making it look fadded.

Bottom line- same shit different photographer.

doesn't matter if the functionally is the same, it's incredibly dishonest to sell 08 stuff as 09

They're the same. I don't understand the button thing, but mine have round buttons and are for sure the 09 model.

Alright, thanks dude! I thought for a minute that they could've been last years model! Yours have a yellow strip on your left or right ass cheek as well right? And may I ask where you got them from, if

Lol, right ass cheek. I got them from Beach Zone, a locally owned shop here in New Mexico. That'd be why I know they're this season's model, because over the summer I really wanted to get pants, but never found anything I liked until these came out.
