So my new boots and bindings arrived last night. They are '09 32 Ultralights and Rome Targas. I'm unfamiliar with Rome and I've got a slight problem and need help.

The Targas are s/m and according to their site, it says that they are compatible with size 9.5 boots. I'm having some trouble getting the strap to ratchet on without the other end coming off. What am I doing wrong? Are the bindings too small for the size boot? Thanks.

Yes, the bindings are too small.

Rome S/M is basically a youth binding.

Thanks. Not what I wanted to hear, but exactly what i needed to know. I wish I had done more research.

yea if your riding a 9.5 you really stretched it, and especially since 32s usually have a beefier toebox, it probably doesnt fit. did you put the strap on the longest setting? either way if you wear a 9.5 you should be in a large...im assuming you got last years targas for really cheap lol and figured they should work..thats why you can get last years rome bindings in small for so cheap..

Actually I got the '09 bindings for a great price online. But I had no idea that the 9.5 was pushing it. I guess I'll try and sell it and continue to use my brothers Ride SPI's till I get some new ones then.
