Forces. I like the feel of less metal. Love magnesium buckles, and the lifetime warranty baseplate, and anodized heelcup.

well i say 390s lol. i like the padded straps, the better cap strap, the right amount of felx and response...

390's are a bit softer, so go with those.

since youre going for pRK ID GO WITH THE 390s. if you were going for freeride i would take the forces.

i was riding 390s this season (im out with a broken collarbone) and i love em
they have great flex and a nice cap strap
