looking for some info on this board - Snowboarding Forum

hello all, i got this snowboard as a gift last year and im wondering if someone can help me out with a few details. The description states that it is a "directional twin"... exactly what does that mean? is there a nose/tail to this board? or can it be ridden either way? on one end of the board where the inserts are, it says "austria", did they put that there to signify it's the front end/back end? any help would be greatly apprieciated.

It's a board that's supposed to be made for parks and street features, and the direction twin means that the nose and tail are the same shape, so it's essentially the same riding your normal stance and switch.

I'm just going to add to PopN's description that, with a directional twin, the tail is stiffer than the nose.

like the jib, the name is a bit of a misnomer.

it's a basic all-mountain technine freestyle deck.

the part that says austria is the nose
