i was just reading over the guides at the top of the forum. just wanted to get some advice. i just got my never summer sl-r, wasn't sure if i was supposed get a new wax job.
i really messed up my old board and i want to keep this board slick for a while. might start waxing on my own. pretty sure my local shop did a half as job most of the time. |

Yes, my SL-R came with meh wax job...i had the shop do the first wax since it was free, but while i was there i just bought all the stuff.
Its much cheaper to do it yourself, spend the 35ish bucks up front. Atleast around here for a "Performance wax" job its like 15 bucks which is just retarded, i can do it myself for just over a buck worth of wax..and i dont have to wait several hours for them to get too it.
