Evogear.com customer service is lacking big time,
I ordered some vans contra boots for an incredible price over ago week and got them in on Saturday. Tried them on and the left foot felt like something was digging into me. So i pull out the liner and see that it is not stitched right and hard rubber is sticking out. Call up evogear and they refer me to someone named Dan who takes care of warranties. He tells me it should be handled by wednesday as he will call up vans and try to get me a new liner. Obviously its now thursday and no call from Dan with an update. So i call an ask for him today and the guy who answers says dan can't talk right now but he will email you by the end of the day. Still have not received that email so i emailed him an no response.
Its going on two weeks without boots I can use and I won't be suprised if it takes till next week till this gets resolved. which absolutely sucks in the middle of the season
My advice is not to order from evo as a true test of how a company is, is how they resolve things when an order goes bad. And i know its not there fault that the liner is defective but they still should back up there products in a reasonable amount of time.
