Goggle question

I bought some goggles today but have a quick question. When I have them on my hat bunches up kinda weird around the top area of the goggles. Is it OK to wear my goggles over my hat, or do I need to wear them under the hat? Thanx

If you put your goggles under your hat (a beanie of some kind, I assume) you could block the air vents and interrupt the flow of air through the goggles. It might cause fogging.
