Hello, i want to buy a snowboard but there are big scratchs under it.... is it repairable ? Is it expensive?

Take a better picture. It looks like the P-tex has been completely removed in those spots, but I can't tell for sure. Most likely it can be repaired by a pro, but how much it costs to do so depends on he extent of the damage. If you've got core shots, depending on the board, it might not even be worth fixing.

Why would you buy a used board that you have to pay to repair? There are plenty of non fucked up used boards out there, if they are giving it to you sure, but i wouldnt pay for a board that looks like its got potentially 2 core shots

I wouldn't pay a dime for that board. The two core shots can be P-Tex'd over but the integirty of the board has been ruined, you don't know if there is water damage or if the core was scratched as well.
