Question Stuck between choices...

Boards: 2009 Rossignol Alias vs. 2009 K2 Zeppelin

Bindings: 2009 Burton Cartels vs. 2009 K2 Formulas

I can't decide, some detailed opinions/experiences would be great, thx

I think a zeppelin would be better, because the alias seems like a more of a beginner board you'll outgrow. For the binders I'm not sure about the formulas but the cartels are solid. I've heard that for some people the cartel has to much forward lean.

Would something like the K2 brigade feel anywhere in the range of these boards? And is the Forum Destroyer really as bad as BurtonAvenger says it is? On backcountry.com everyone loves it.
