Yet another binding question

Ok...can anyone give me any feedback about the 08 OR 09 Burton Cartel Bindings? I am looking for a binding to go with the 09 Atomic Hatchet. I want these bindings to be geared more towards park and freestyle but at the same time I want to freeride with these as well. Please help...all info is greatly appreciated...thanks in advance...

I'm rocking the latest cartels and have no issues at all freeriding or park. I find the bindings to be pretty stiff and responsive, and the highbacks on them are very high so some people don't like that for straight up park. I personally enjoy going as fast as possible so the stiffness and highbacks are nice. I do play around in the park as well when the ice coast hills start to bore me after a few runs and have no issues stomping landings with them or sliding over boxes, etc. Plus the straps are super comfy. Toe cap is nice to not crush the top of your foot and the ankle strap has lots of padding. For my riding though i really like them, plus i got a great deal on them which helped alot .
