Is my freestyle board too tuned/sharp? what to do?
 
Slightly long read. ok, here we go.

I usually ride an all mountain board(k2 subcltr), bought from the shop so the edges are stock : 90degrees and unsharp. Not Dull, but def not sharp.

I just bought a second hand Freestyle board : Nitro Addict 2011.
The previous owner had the side edges beveled and REALLY SHARP for carving.
-So now when i ride it catches Alot more than what i am used to, even though the handling is ideal for sharp turns. which isnt what i want for my freestyle board.

Here are my questions:

1)Should i detune my sharpened freestyle board for a more loose and forgiving ride? Or should i just dull the sharpness?

2) Is this how some of you guys ride your freestyle board? & should I just get use to it.

3) as to my mountain board, should I proceed to side bevel and sharpen it for more carving turning ability, which i encountered on the freestlye board?

I know its kinda of ironic my freestyle has more edge control than my all mountain.
