Default Burton Custom or Nitro Misfit

Looking for a stiffer freestyle board. Anyone know how they compare to each other in flex?

Yeah I'm pretty familiar with the nitro but have never flexed the custom. I always imagined the custom as a stiff freestyle board. I'm a little weary of buying the Misfit because I'm not sure how much it's going to require to press it. But I am 180lbs so maybe that's just what I need.

they are both a tad bit of a challenge to press, but the custom will be a little softer. if it was me i would get the custom, i think its a better board, but thats my opinion...

Why do you think it's a better board?

Yeah I bought the T1 a few years ago because Nitro boards are stiffer than anything I had ridden before and I thought the T2 and the Misfit were way too stiff at the time. But I ended up riding the T1 for 2 seasons and I really liked the pop and stability of it, but it's a cheap board with an extruded base and no carbon in it so it's really lost its pop. I've been eyeing the misfit for some time now but just dont know if it will be too stiff.

Went with the Misfit 158. I'm psyched to see the difference in pop compared to my Darkstar. Esp on the 45+ foot kickers. It gets pretty sketchy sometimes.

So what's the verdict?
