P1.1 vs Cartels

Anyone have experience with both?

yup.

P1 = very comfortable medium flex binding which is a bit on the heavy side.
Cartel = light and stiff flex. Still comfortable but not the plush feel of the P1.

of the 2 which would you guys prefer taking price into consideration. I hear that burtons have a tendency to break, what are your thoughts. Thanks.

with the cartels and up you dont have much to worry about with the breaking aspect too much more then any other bindings, but i would probably go for p1s if i found them for a semi decent deal
