how many of you guys use a bad for your board?
How many of yall actually use a bag for your board? Is it worth it if you're not traveling via plane?
|
I use a bag, but I don't use it unless I'm traveling on a plane. You might use it if you're going on a road trip or throwing it in a car to go somewhere.

I use a bag at all times. First of all, I take both my boards with me and decide which one to use based on how the slopes look. I'll break out my Anthem if it is melty and cruddy. My bag has a plastic separator so the boards don't scratch either other. My second reason is that I also take my wife's skis and I don't want them dinging my board up on the ride. Plus, it just makes my stuff easier to keep together.
I love my snowboard bag and use it all the time. |
I use a bag when travelling to the mountain so my board doesn't get too banged up while in the trunk (lots of crap in the trunk of the car). I also use the bag to store my board during the summer months.

Hey Flick, what bag do you have the fits two boards? I might be interested in picking one of these up.

I always use a bag. It goes from hanging on my wall to into the bag to on the slopes and then the reverse. I have an ogio caddy and it is awesome. I can fit so much s hit in there including two boards and other gear. Got one for my girlfriend too. Highly recommend it.

I only use one if I'm riding a bus somewhere because it's required. Otherwise I don't bother, too much hassle.

Bag is easier to carry - I can fit my boots, gloves, helmet and sling the strap over my shoulder
