www rocker has barely any rocker to it and the www is already super soft

If you're asking this because you have a WWW and you can't butter it, then you just need to learn how to butter.

But yes, the rocker will be easier to butter. Not that the standard is hard to butter. The WWW is one of the 4 or 5 softest boards on earth. But I think that ultimately, more advanced butters are easier on a camber board cause its harder to overpress on them.

i have the regular www and my friend has the rocker so i have rode both. Yes the rocker butters slightly easier but not that much at all. And if you cant butter a www somethings wrong, rocker or not.
