Cool Upgrading to a new board

Looking to upgrade my old 155 Burton Clash. It's been a solid board for 6 years.

I'm 37 yo, 5'9, 145#.

Riding style: Mainly groomers in Mammoth, no park. I'm a solid blue. Been riding mainly goofy.

Foot size: 25.4 cm both feet, I wear size 10 boots Shaun White

So, I've been researching and wanted your input and ideas. I'm looking for another board that will last me another 5-8 years. Been looking at the Burton Custom and Process. I'm not sure if Traditional Camber or Flying V is right for me. I've been working on carving better on groomed runs and want good turns with stability. Don't care much for speed. Was thinking about getting the Malavita wingbacks (good idea?) with Burton Ambush boots. I've been debating on staying at 154 or going down to 151cm

I think my old board is more rocker/flat. What am I to expect when changing to camber or flying v?

What would be your recs? I'd like to stick with Burton if possible and open to other suggestions.
