Default has anyone ever ridden an Illuminati Board

I was wondering if anyone has any hands on experience with Illuminati Boards. Preferably ridden, but I suppose any more insight other than what their web page has to offer.

No one? The price seems ok ($300) and the boards apear to be quality... but I would like to find some real world experience.

Hey, I've had 3 of them Aegis Twin, Pentagon, and a Evolver. Still have the Pentagon from years ago. They have all been great boards for me and now they are kind of just made to order. The Aegis and Evolver were bamboo based construction and they have both been light, poppy, and durable. The more people that pre-order the cheaper the board gets. I haven't ridden any of their reverse camber boards so I can't comment on that. I didn't consider their boards this year because the graphic had some boobs on it...just couldn't do it. The coming up year is pretty good IMO and I am considering the Evolver RC.

I'm heading to Jackson Hole Friday and saw that they build them right there. I wonder if they have any to demo, would love to try one out.

I really think I am going to pre-order one of these. The evolover looks like a very nice board. If I get a nice tax return I am going to get a Jones Aviator and an Illuminati Evolver Twin REV - Otherwise I might forgo the Aviator and get te Illuminati Evolver Camber

I believe they are just over the border in Idaho right next to Jackson Hole. Your best bet is to just call them up and ask.

I saw their listing on yelp the other day when I was looking around. It lists a place right down the street from where I'm staying in Jackson, but I see stuff elsewhere that says Idaho. I'll give them a call when I get out there, but I doubt I will be driving over the pass.

Cool, report back and hopefully you'll have a board review this weekend.
