Help with binding selection

I've been riding for about 10 years now and just bought a new NeverSummer Infinity board. I'm currently using Ride DVA bindings on the board, but want to get new bindings for the NS. Any advice on what to look for in bindings? I don't ride the parks or rails...just pow, trees and all mountain riding. I can't really get much good advice from the shops since they all just try to sell what they have and I'm not finding anywhere what the differences are.

I liked the Ride's, but the back plate keeps on loosening. Is there anyone out there who can explain what the differences really are? (Need women's bindings and my feet are tiny...5.5 in size)
