Women's Freestyle Boards?
Hey everyone so i am an upper intermediate rider who is pretty good at bombing down the slopes but a total beginner in the park. I can 5050 and boardslide the flat boxes/some rails and hit the smaller jumps, but i am really just starting. I want to get more into the park, especially next year when i go to college and stop playing hockey so i dont have to worry about getting hurt while riding anymore. I am currently riding a rome blue 155 and i think it is causing me a lot of problems while trying to learn park as it is so stiff. I can barely ollie on this thing and it takes so much effort to do so. I was thinking about picking up a second, more freestyle-oriented board to compliment the blue. i am 5'8 weigh about 150 and have a size 7.5 wmns boot. I would like a board that can hit rails well, butter nicely, yet still have enough pop to eventually hit some of the bigger booters and handle a few speed runs down the mountain. I am on the ice coast if that makes any difference. I was looking at the ns infinity-r and rome lo-fi, but i would love some other suggestions and input. I also dont know what size to get, maybe 150? thanks!
