Default White spots forming on top sheet of new board

Took out my new board this weekend and had a blast -- really loving the Rossi One Mag. I took the board to get waxed today and noticed some white spots that formed on the top sheet. I asked the guy at the shop to look at it and he tried to wipe it down with some cleaner and it didn't come out. He said it probably was something under the top sheet but couldn't be sure, so he suggested I contact Rossi.

I emailed Rossi and they responded by saying they said it was probably nothing to be concerned about, but to keep an eye on it.

What do you guys think? If there is water under the sheet, then I'm not sure how it got there since everything looks good.

I agree. Herpes. If you touched it you will have to tell all your future partners about having it.
