Edge Repair Advice

1 Attachment(s)
Hi,
I'm very, very new to snowboarding, but not so new to fixing things. . .

I just picked up a used board and it has a few little dents along the edge. I'd like to do something to repair them so that the layers don't delaminate.

Attached is a photo of the worst of the dents.

What do you folks think, some wood glue and a c-clamp seem like the right idea?

Thanks,
Chris

Yea, a little epoxy there will do it, that's not bad.

Take a piece of sand paper and round off the topsheet edge, it will help reduce the topsheet peel when you get little nicks.

To be honest with you I'd probably leave that kind of stuff. If you're really worried, I'd use a dremel or file to clean up the area, and then fill with marine epoxy (some say the marine stuff stays more pliable)...

^^ i'd leave it too. nothing really wrong there.
