need help picking a board! : ) - Snowboarding Forum

i cant make up my mind on which one to get. which one would u prefer! FORUM STOMPER or FORUM GRUDGE? and quick question... i have sz 12 boots so would a wide board be better? thank ya 4 the help

Um. Weight? Riding style? Location? Forum is a bit of a bunk company now..

I would try to go with at least a midwide if possible...but hm...that is a tough question. Oh, and don't mind boarderholic about Forum. He told me that too and although Forum hasn't made as many advances as some other companies I think they're still a good company. Between the two I think I would have to go with the Grudge. But I think the stomper is more reasonably priced...Just my $0.02.

And I'm going to go with her here. Forum has been going downhill lately.
What's your weight, where are you riding (east/west), what are you riding (park/groomers/etc), and budget?

Yeah...Forum has been losing team members left right and center. If that doesn't tell you a company is going downhill, then I don't know what will...

ooh didnt know forum was doing that bad i just always wanted a forum board hehe. well i was planning on spending a bit under 400 and been looking for a good all around board for free riding and the park with maybe some small jumps.

thanks for all the info so far really appreciate it.

oh yea ill mainly be riding in so cal with the occasional mammoth trips

Oh. Sorry I called you a guy. :S But, I don't see how Forum could really go downhill seeing as they are owned by the almighty Burton now...but ok.

Meh. Just because another big company own them doesn't mean that there isn't still a potential for the smaller one to fold.
