TBT vs Jones blunted nose
can anyone compare the two from first hand experience?
it seems like TBT starts closer to the middle of the board, but other than that they seem fairly similar..
i haven't ridden a jones, but have looked at the profiles of friends' boards. tbt boards are regular camber tip to tail, and depending on the 'style' of tbt, they usually elevate the outsides of the board from the bindings out. think of it as camber in the middle along the length of the board, and camrock outside along the edges.
the jones boards i've seen are actual camrock, where there is reverse camber starting outside the bindings, before the contact points. this would be the whole width of the deck, as opposed to just the sides.
