decent Jib boards - Snowboarding Forum

Ok so i am just starting my jib career (laughs) and I was wondering if anyone has any ideas for some good jib boards...I dont want to spend a fortune i just want one that wont break in half. I have a regular pow/park board but i want something that I am not affraid to ding up...any suggestions?

Rome Artifact, Ride Kink, K2 WWW/Jibpan, Atomic Hatchet.

haha awesome! thats about all i needed i think..but is there one of those that will hold up better than another?

I think of those the K2 and Rome are the best options...but the Ride and Atomic will do just fine as well...

see i am not looking for an expensive board for jibbing due to the fact that I am a first timer so it will get torn up big time and I have a pretty nice board to ride pow with so i am thinking about that Rome board but they are pretty pricey!

The Rome board is the most expensive of the bunch, I'm not sure about the Ride, but the K2 and Atomic are the "cheaptest" of the bunch I listed.

The Rome may be the most expensive but it is pretty much the most shradical buttery shred stick available. Trust me if a jib board is what you are looking for try and find an Artifact even last years would be awesome.

sweet!! Rome it may be then..one other question...do board manufacture their boards in the years ahead like car dealers...So boards mad this year would be considered 2008s or would the newest boards out be considered 07s?

well sh*t that doesnt help. The ones on The-House.com have either the board company or the 2008 models...god i am confused!
