I have 2 days to decide about my next board.

Hey,

My buddy told me that is perfect place to ask for buying advice. In my country, forums are full of guys who sells boards, not rides them so it's hard to believe them :/

Anyway... i'm looking for an AM board to develop technique and to start some fs also (no parks, just some 360's, presses, buttes and small jumps).

About me:
26 y.o
180cm
78kg
3 years exp in snowboarding

I made some research on my own and i'm considering this boards:

Signal Omni 156
Signal OG Flat 157
GNU Carbon Credit 156
Ride Machete 158
K2 Turbo Dream 156
Rossignol Jibsaw Magtek 157
Capita Defenders of Awsome 156
YES BASIC 156

Please help! I'm a real newbie in terms of snowboarding stuff.

If your on the East Coast either GNU Carbon Credit or Jibsaw.

Hey,

I'm from Poland but i spend most of my snowboarding time in italian Alpes :)

SkullAndXbones 03-08-2014 10:31 AM

of the boards you listed i would narrow it down to the K2, Ride, and Gnu. mostly because i just don't have enough knowledge on the other companies to recommend them and i know those 3 are good companies.

Italian Alps both K2 Turbo Dream and Ride Machete as SkullAndXbones said both are great All Mountain boards. You don't need magnetraction of the GNU or Rossi boards.

What about more icy, wet conditions and artificial snow?

I'm asking this because it's characteristic for polish mountains.

If You have any other suggestions (boards that i haven't mentioned) - i'm open for it :)

Icy are first two boards GNU & JibSaw, Best board IMO for Ice, slush, powder and stablity is the Rossi OneMag. PM the OLDMAN on this forum or look at his comments. He was the reason I bought the OneMag.

It's available here and it's the cheapest of all i mentioned before. It is very cheap.

It does not look good but all reviews are positive. And it won some awards as i see...

Kinda hard to decide... what are the differences between One Mag and Jibsaw/Gnu CC?

All three have magnetraction:

Rossi OneMag is All mountain directional freestyle board very fast base great in powder, jumps, quick edge to edge, stable at high speed.

GNU CC is All Mountain but has a slower base is less stable at high speeds, great in powder, easy edge to edge.

Rossi JibSaw is a park board that can go on mountian not great in powder due to it being a true twin. Stable at high speeds, jumps great, best for a park rider who uses the whole mountain as a park.

OneMag is same as One Magtek? This is it: http://crazysnow.pl/1324-3062-jqzoom...one-magtek.jpg ?
