My nephew asked me to sell his equipment since he is in Florida now. I didn't think he was using it that much but apparently he was messing around with it in the park with his friends. Anyway, I just inspected the snowboard and noticed what I see in the image. I'm not sure what to think of it. It would probably be a deterrent for me if I was a prospective buyer.
What do you guys think about area around the edges? Is this something that can be repaired?
its fine, give it a wax job, and a good tuneup on the edges. The wax will fill the scratches, the tune will remove any burrs in the edges, and sharpen them for the next owner. My brand new board looks worse than this and it only has 8 days on it...

ok thanks! I guess this is as good a time as any to learn how to tune / wax boards. I've never done it but probably doesn't make sense to pay $60+ for someone else to do it and then sell it for $120 or so
