It's not just for Head equipment, they've been around for a while and they simply allow the adjustment of the bindings angle without having to unscrew them from the board... mostly used for rentals
Weird. I was thinking of those this morning when I was working out. I used to have an old Killer Loop board and the Killer Loop bindings on them had a quick adjuster on them. I was thinking it would have been nice to have for slope to park binding transitions.

wow, I totally forgot that Killer Loop even made Snowboards and equipment! Come to think of it I probably still have my Killer Loop Parka from like 10 yrs ago at my parents house in the closet in my old bedroom! I'm definitely going to have to check that out. If I do I will definitely rock that at least once this winter! I remember when they were a real threat to Oakley in the Sunglass world also, Bausch & Lomb's "edgy" sport oriented brand
