New to snowboarding and damaged board

Basically, my friends and I took out our boards this afternoon and decided to ride on the golf course. We saw a jump we thought someone made but it turns out the base of it was rocks. I went off and my NEW board went right through and it hit the rock pretty fast. Turns out my board broke through the support on the nose. This is my first year snowboarding and about my 5th time snowboarding. The board is a Capita Mindblower, which I received as a gift. I know it's an expensive board, and I bought union bindings for it. I want to know how I can repair this or where I can take it? I am located in the East Stroudsburg area in PA. I usually skate, but here are some pictures of the damage. It is freshly waxed and tuned too.

most good board shops should be able to repair it other than that clamp it back together epoxy it and then sand it down.

thank you so much!! I just started and I was so afraid it couldn't be repaired. I don't know much yet, but it's definitely a learning experience

The DIY guy in me says epoxy and a few clamps in the right places will fix her right up. If you search for "Snowboard edge repair" a few guides will show up. But since you're new, you might just want to run it by the shop and see if they'll let you watch them work on it. I watched a few guys fix up my stuff when it wasn't busy. Good learning experience.

Nah!! No flame throwing for that!! Real newbie with real damage? Splinters is real damage, even if it does end up being fixable!!

We save the napalm for the folks crying about itty bitty topsheet scratches! Hell, seeing that type of ding on any of my boards would have me concerned enough to ask!

Hope it works out for you!
