i have both the carbon credit and metal guru, in those same sizes. im 5'8" 150lbs. the major difference i feel is the guru is a lot more stiff. its hard to say my man, i think youll learn to ride both because they are similar. If you like screwin around on flats, butterin around and ridin like a monkey go with the carbon credit because itll ride more washy than the guru. wanna haul a little more ass and carve harder at speed go with the guru.

IMO those are awesome choices dude, youll be happy with either. Ive used both for park laps to back country snow feilds.

IDK how long youve been riding for, but like i said before. youll learn which ever you get.

honestly man, theres not much of a difference there. i dont even really know what to give you to factor in. i mean its really hard to say when your splittin CM's....

think of it this way maybe, the guru 152 and carbon 156 will be very very close to the same feel for you.
personally i have the guru 155 and carbon 153, granted theyre like 2 model years apart. but knowing what i do now, and only buying 1 board i would probably have to go with the carbon credit 156.

How big are you / still growing? where do you usually ride?

i love my Carbon Credit and it loves me. its treated me very well so far. I use it primarily in the park. I ride a 162W since im 6'3 and over 220lbs. at that size im able to work it pretty well jibbing, and it still has enough pop to get off the jumps.
