Salomon Malamute - Snowboarding Forum

I need an opinion or advice.
I have a pair of Malaumtes on hold til Saturday. Last years model at a decent price.
the problem i have is will they be too stiff for me? they arer the stiffest boot Salomon makes....a 10 on their scale. The 24s are a 8.5
I would say I'm past the intermediate stage in ability. I mostly freeride the mountains so no park stuff for me. I might be a tad on the aggressive side but not much. Like tree riding too.
Any advice guys?....and thanx.

I just answered your PM, but I'll answer again, the Malamutes are almost ski-boot stiff. If you like them, and they are comfy for you, buy them, if not, consider other boots.
