Looking for some last minute advice before I pull the trigger.

I had a chance to demo a Smokin Superpark TTX last weekend and really liked it. This week they are selling on Smokin's website for $250. I want to grab one and I am looking for stability while also being versatile enough that I can take it in the park. I am 5' 9-10 and 170-180 lbs. (depending on how lazy I am). Would a 159 be too much board for what I want or would I be able to get away with that I am trying to do?

I'm hoping that there are some people here who have experiences on a similarly sized board. Thanks in advance for any advice!

Check the weight ranges for the board. Aim for middle for well balanced. Low end for less flex. High end for more flex. What size was the board you demoed?

I'm 5'5" @ 140 lbs and ride a mod rocker 156 for all mountain and some park. It's only limits me on spins, anything more than a 360 is a chore.

if it was me - and i weigh about the same amount - i would get the 156. or to be completely honest, i would not get that board because i would want no larger then a 154, which is what i ride now.
