If you can try to find a 32 Boots dealer. I really think you'll like the Lashed, good all around boot, not too stiff, not too soft and has great looks and color combos. There are a lot of good companies out there though so that is just one recomendation. Ride, Nitro, DC, K2, Vans, Burton, Salomon all make very very good boots.

In terms of boards and bindings, try to find some stuff on closeout from last year. In most cases the only real differences are the graphics. Rome, Ride, Atomic, GNU, LibTech, K2, NeverSummer, Arbor, Nitro...all make great boards. Bindings wise, I love Ride but Rome are excellent, Drake, Salomon, Burton are also very, very good.

FourSquare, Sessions, BonFire, Volcom, Burton make great clothes Burton like everything else they make do tend to be more expensive though. When buying clothes look at the tech ratings... the higher the numbers go in terms of waterproofing and breathability the better it is but do you need a 20,000g or more clothing set not really... anything from 8K up is very waterproof and will breathe well
