I recently purchased some new equipment after riding the same gear for 15 years. Road a 152 for a long time and switched to the 154, although I havne't actually ridden it yet. Wondering if any of you think i should go back to the shorter board. I can still return until i hit the slopes this weekend. I'm all mountain-

I WANT TO HEAR OTHERS SETUP...and other random comments would be kosher as well.

I think a 154 should be ok for u, but if u start getting into park it might be slightly big for u. As more my setup here it is:

Technine Icon 147
Ride Lx
Stance- 15/-15

damnit, that is what i was thinking as well. I don't want to switch to the custom 151 just because the god damn thing is purple.

Who cares what color it is really. I just bought a purple Capita because that just happened to be the color the 152 came in. I also think the 152 would be better suited for you.

My wife's way smaller and a beginner and is happy on her 155 Donek Incline. I'm 5'7" / 185 and quite content on my 182 Coiler. Even as a kid 20 yrs ago at that weight, I was never wanted anything less than a 160. All freeride / freecarve.
