Default Burton Un inc 2009

So I have been looking into buying either a 2009 Un inc or Fix

Burton says that the Un inc is a 4 but I have heard that it's fairly stiff. I want a board that is nice and buttery soft but not completely limited to jibbing and the park. I have also heard that the Un inc doesn't have very durable edges, even heard of the top sheet cracking all the way down the middle.

I would just like to hear from some people who have riden one of these things or even the Fix, thanks.
