How do you guys feel about Capita?

Hey all,
Im an intermediate boarder and i do mostly all mountain casual riding, but going to be hopefully hitting the parks a bit more next season.

Im wondering if anyone has opinions on Capita, particularly the Capita Stairmaster.

I currently ride an old forum recon. would the capita be a good step up? Or fit my purposes (all mountain versatility with park ability). Or am i better of sticking with the recon or looking at some "higher end" boards.

Thanks

i just got my stairmaster extreme and i love it. i would definetly take the stairmaster over the recon. the stairmaster can very comfortably leave the park, yet its still likes being at home...

If you are looking for a little more speed id look at something w/ a sintered base. The stairmaster has an extruded base, same as the recon, which is slower. To me the switch from extruded to sintered was a pleasure that i don't soon want to part with. But on the other hand if your going to be hitting rails all day you would want an extruded base for its durability.

I dont know your size and such and the length of your board but you could possibly keep your recon as your park/beater board and get yourself a good board to cruise on.

i had a Stairmaster since the beginning og this season. the stairmaster is the exact same as the stairmaster except for the graphic, it is a super sick park board which is soft enough for butters and rails but it gas a lot of pop for popping off jumps and it has a stiff enuf flex for jumps, also its decent in powder

Capita is good but if you aren't going to be riding a lot of park u might want to take a look at some other more all mountain boards.
