Hi fellow snowboarders,

I'm looking for something that's good for both mountain and park. I've been riding mountain the whole season and I want to start doing tricks and stuff. My current setup is as followed:

Burton Custom Second Board 154
Burton Cartel Bindings
Salomon Symbios Boots

I've tried to butter with my board but I find it a bit stiff (maybe I'm not doing it right?) I manage to lift the nose off the ground for some time, but it's very tiring. I've done some research on the web and Rome Artifact seems to be a good board to start.

Should I get the same size board or something longer/shorter?
Any other recommendations?
Can I use my Cartel or I have to get new bindings?

I'm 5'10" and weigh 150lbs. I wear size 9 boots.

Thanks for reading this!

cartels will be fine, the artifact is a bad board for jumping though. its a rail board, if you want a board for jumping look elsewhere. there really isnt a board that truly excels at jumping and jibbing because your board wants different things. if you want something that can do both pretty good then look at the capita stairmaster.
