alotta people have problems, alot of people dont. check porterstahoe which also has 50% off on alot of stuff first, if not call in the morning and make sure your board is in stock for sure..

I guarantee those boards are not in inventory. They post product on their website they don't have because the Attorney General has allowed them to get away with it. Your purchase will not be refunded you will be forced to take store credit. They are running a criminal enerterprise.

I cancelled an order two weeks ago. It is still 'pending shipment' and my credit card already has a charge on it.

I talked with their online rep and they said 'It's in the cancel department's hands now'.

Steer clear of these clowns.

i personally havent had any problems with them but i've also purchased everything from their retail stores rather than their website.

the guy i ride with just ordered a new stepchild board from them and he got it within 2 weeks shipped to canada with no hassles.

so i guess it's just use at your own risk. you might be unlucky though.


~sidenote, to UncleRico, call your credit card company and explain the situation and they will refund the money for you, credit card companies are good at protecting customers in this way.

Just ordered rome graft + 390 for myself and forum aura for my gf. We are leaving for a trip on the 6th. After I saw the complaints about this company on wed, I decided to give them a call. They were very understanding and promised to get my stuff to be by the 6th even if they had to pay for extra shipping. Just received a tracking number from UPS and both packages are on the way. Was shipped out on thurs night and will be arriving monday(worldwide expedited).

Seems like I'm a lucky one. Now all I have to do is hope what is in the package, is what I ordered.

I Advise everyone to use expedited if your ordering from Canada. The cost of expedited saves you money by not having to pay for brokerage fees! Think of it as free faster shipping, as it helped me save an extra 70$!

just call them up and ask to make sure the stuff is indeed in stock. Get the customer service reps name and ext #, so you will only deal with one person. I got my board there no problem, free shipping, came within a week via UPS.
