Default Jibpan Waist Width

I went into a boardshop to look at the 08/09 K2 Jibpan today, and it seems great. I was worried about it being too stiff but it didn't seem so bad when I tried to flex it with my hand.

However, the waist on the 153 Jibpan looks so narrow compared my Skate Banana 152, and I was worried my size 10 boots wouldn't fit on them. Does anyone have any issues with drag on the Jibpan? Thanks.

24.6 is a little narrow for a size 10. If I were you I'd stay on a 25.0 - 25.3 waist for a freestyle board with a size 10. But that's just me.

Thanks for the quick response. Not really what I wanted to hear, but at least you saved me a buy and return. Maybe next year's Jibpan with rocker will be a bit wider. I kinda doubt it though. I'll probably just have to go with the Rome Pusher 1985.

You should actually be fine with the 153. I wear 9.5 and was fine on my 148 Scaremaster that had a 24.8 waist.

So please do yourself a favor and get the Jibpan, you'll thank yourself.
