Throw out #5-8 and you simply cannot go wrong with any of those boards.

I say either a Arbor A-Frame or NS F1. That said if your buying this late its almost worth waiting until the 2010 stuff hits the market and get a NS F1 Reverse Camber board...that shit will be sick...

Although your in quite a situation being such a big guy with small feet...you need a longer board..but longer boards mean bigger waist which you dont necessarily need with only a 9.5 boot...

Maybe nothing's wrong... just I've heard great things about the others, and have not heard much about 5-8

I'm assuming you want a board you'll be happy with for several years to come. So, are you planning to drop some pounds in the near future? I'm being seirous.

16 Gnu Swallow Tail Carver . 16 NS West . 15 NS Snowtrooper BIA
16 Burton Genesis X . 15 Now Drive
16 Flow Talon . 14 Flow Hylite

The B D I is the only board on the list that I have experience with. Is a real nice all around board but it has a very slight park board feel to it. With that being said I am going to get a NS heritage for next year. Do not think you could go wrong with any of those boards. I do have an Atomic ( Cold Smoke ) and love it for the icy day conditions hold an edge a bit better then the B D I. The B D I is at like a 2 Degree edge bevel the Atomic is at 1 degree edge bevel( could be wrong never could find the stats on the BDI and have not had to sharpen the edges yet on it).

The season is almost upon us!!!!
