BTW (and off topic : there recently was a new release of a very nice book of Bernhard Kegel on this topic of invasive/introduced species. German title is "Die Ameise als Tramp: Von biologischen Invasionen". Hope it will be translated to English soon.

Pandas can't muster enough energy to have sex, I don't see them invading and saving NJ anytime soon.

Carnivores that are too lazy to chase meat so they eat bamboo they can't even digest. Cute and all, but I don't think there's any species more asking for extinction, other than us of course

And Cheetahs. So overly specialized on high speed prey that they use up all energy to build up speed and are too exhausted to defend their catch n loose it to lions, hyena, leopard n wild dogs. Beautiful animal, king of speed, but kind of the looser in the Red Queen's race.
